Anurag is an electrical engineer with post-graduation in Power Management. He brings with him nearly 16 years of experience in domestic and international consulting across the energy value chain (Generation, Transmission and Distribution) with projects ranging from Policy Advisory, Investment Due-Diligence, Bid Process Management/Transaction Advisory, Strategic Advisory (Expansion & Diversification), Process Improvement, Feasibility Studies and Project Management. He has been a part of Feedback Infra since 2006 and is heading the power distribution advisory and project management SBU in Feedback Infra Pvt Ltd.
Within the energy sector, Anurag’s core expertise has been power distribution and he has worked on various domestic and international advisory projects in the energy distribution space. He has been a part of power distribution advisory projects for state-owned distribution utilities in some of the larger states of India including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana besides others. He has been member of the Expert Committee formed by Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd on PPP implementation in Jharkhand Power Distribution sector. He was also the secondary Member of FICCI Power Sector Committee 2020.
Anurag has also been a part of various international power distribution projects in countries including Kuwait, Oman, Afghanistan, Nepal, Rwanda, Kenya, Gabon, Nigeria, Uganda, and Rwanda besides working for multilateral agencies such as the World Bank, UNDP, USAID, GIZ.
Besides other engagements, currently, he is leading World Bank funded assignment for financial and operational turnaround of Andhra Pradesh South Power Distribution Company Ltd.
