Varun has more than 35 years of experience in the execution and project management of commercial, residential, institutional, and high-rise buildings as well as mega infrastructure projects. He has worked on hi-tech building projects and possesses excellent skills in integrated multidisciplinary works for buildings.
Varun has expertise in Procurement and Contract Management, especially with reference to FIDIC and World Bank and has worked in senior capacity both as a Contractor and Consultant, handling large clients and professional teams. He has been heading Dubai Consultants since last 15 years.
